FAQ

We are going to be adding answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about living at Rainier Vista. If you have any comments please contact us at website@rainiervista.info.

Grass
Homeowners have been asked to take responsibility for the maintenance of the curb strip grass in front of their homes to help us keep landscaping costs down and maintain property values. A landscaping company has been hired to maintain the park, entrance and other communal areas.

Parking
Parking is limited in Rainier Vista. Pay attention to the No Parking signs. These are placed to ensure that fire trucks and other emergency services can access the development. Public parking is only allowed on 184th Ave SE and is patrolled by Covington City Police. Vehicles cannot be parked there for more than 24 hours. Please do not park on the sidewalk at any time to ensure children playing or in stollers are safe.

RVs, campers and other vehicles
Proper arrangements must be made to ensure that RVs, boats, trailers, trucks, campers or other equipment are not in open view. Talk to a member of the ACC for more information.

Empty Lots
The economic crisis has resulted in all of the builders, except for Cambria, to stop building and for their lots to be handed over to banks. The Board is in regular contact with the City of Covington to update them about issues that arise.
